THE TEAM Since this is a club team, it is a competitive sport, and therefore only approximately 15 people will be chosen to play on the active team. If we have more than enough people to make a team then we make cuts but if we have enough for a team and a few alternates then we keep everyone and based who plays at the tourneys on how often they showed up to practice/how much of an effort the player makes at practice The “active team” is those individuals who will be playing in the games and traveling to all the tournaments. However, those who wish to be a part of club, and do or do not wish to play in tournaments, can still attend practices and/or travel with the team.
