Acer aspire v3 is budget friendly with much more to offer
1. Acer Aspire V3 Is budget Friendly With Much More To Offer
Acer has always been known to provide electronics products that have good value. From their
tablets to laptops, Acer is the choice for people looking for power without having to shell out
huge wads of cash. Their Acer Aspire V3 encapsulates everything good about Acer.
Let’s take a look, and maybe you can sell electronics for this one if it’s old and musty.
Looks
The Aspire V3 is a very good looking laptop for its budget (850 bucks). The laptop is sleek,
black and flat.
It measures 15 inches tall, 10 inches wide and 1.3 inches thick. It’s a little bulky, but this is
expected from a mainstream laptop anyway, so there’s no problem with that.
Around the edges, you’ll find the usual ports you need for productivity. At the left, you have the
Ethernet port, VGA and HDMI port. There’s also one USB 3.0 port and inputs for microphone
and earphones. To the right, you have two USB 2.0 ports and a DVD drive. At the front, you’re
given an SD card slot.
It has all the bases covered – perfect for your everyday needs.
2. Display
The V3 has a 15.6 inch screen and for its budget, you get a 1366 x 768 resolution. It’s not bad,
but it’s not wonderful either. For the price though, it’s really good and there’s nothing to scoff
about.
Overall, the screen is pretty good despite the lower resolution.
Audio
To make up for the screen, Acer throws in Dolby Home Theater software. The audio shines
when you turn on the software for media consumption, such as playing music and watching
movies.
To make things even better, you have a graphic equalizer to fiddle around with – especially
useful if you’re a musician who likes to fiddle around with sound.
3. Hardware
For a budget laptop, the V3 has one of the best specs. You have a third generation Intel Core i7
processor clocked at 2.3 GHz. It’s definitely one of the best you’ll find right now. The i7 is
Intel’s top – of – the – line processor, so expect some amazing performance.
On top of that, you have an NVIDIA GeForce GT520, which is good for many graphics – heavy
programs. Rounding out the package is 6 GB of RAM.
Overall, this laptop provides plenty of value for its price. When you think about it, this laptop
can be an average gaming laptop for its specs. The processor alone makes it powerful.
Keyboard
If you’re thinking that the keyboard isn’t impressive, you’re wrong. Acer provides a full
keyboard – that means you get a number pad on the right side of the keyboard, and you’ll find
the function keys at the top.
The keys are flat and very comfortable to type on, despite having a number pad. Overall, the
keyboard is very comfortable to use.
Conclusion
4. You can sell your laptop for this one if you’re looking for a very good budget replacement. Acer
always provides the best value for its users, and the V3 is no exception to that philosophy.
