• Company „Norplast” was established 1994, the business owner and
founder is Norwegian Ivar Gaustad. In the beginning manufacture
consisted of labor boats and recreational boats production which was
made by hand layup (Glassfiber Reinforced Polyester)
• Company “Norplast” joined to the company from the Norway “Libra-Plast”
in 1997. Due to this event “Libra-Plast” moved manufacturing process from
Norway to Latvia. Until than “Libra-Plast” had 40 years long experience to
prepare GRP products, thereby “Norplast” gradually tooke over this
experience and adapted it to their own manufacture.

• Company “Norplast” strictly supervise their employees' job responsibilities and
performance time as well material consumption, products before- processing and
after-processing weight and duration of manufacturing.
• An employee before his working day, carry out scanning at the work station
which records time when work has been started, as well shows the duties which
need to be done.
• At the company “Norplast” are carried more than 30 manufacturing processes
for example – to glue materials, polishing, grinding, mounting them and other.
• Company's main goal is productive work, so it takes the material inventory of
pre-production and post-production. All measurements are made in kilograms per
unit.
