Programmer since ever, architect for past few years, sometimes analyst, consultant - when needed, manager by choice, technical trainer by passion, still a dreamer - wannabe entrepreneur, leader of Java Users Group in Gdańsk. Has been software for the whole professional life. Has been a head of software (VP of engineering) for Young Digital Planet. Now a part of architecture group for Sanoma Learning. Believes the best way to work with engineers is actively share knowledge and actively listen to others. Shares daily job with hands-on workshops, conferences and lectures.
