- 成立於2000年的拓連，其股權超過70%屬邱光宗夫婦所有，其餘股份亦在原團隊手上 在經過十餘年網際網路相關產業的努力與找尋，終於在票務市場上，佔有一席之地 元氣自2007成立後，便與統一超商及ibon，有密切的配合關係 雖然早年呈虧損狀態，但自2011年起，持續維持盈利的狀態，並與主辦單位有良好的互動 在2012年原有是否將元氣併入次流通集團的考量，但統一超商的大幅改組，以及統一企業與超商間互動的調整 讓已搬到安源隔壁，準備相互適應的元氣，反而處於不甚有利的狀態 為了解決元氣與安源間合約與互動的情形，於2013年成立拓元，並邀請相關主辦單位一同參與 在將元氣100%併購後(以2014/1/31的會計報表計算，解決通路問題外，亦表示非與原團隊競爭 更進而爭取統一國際的投資(低於20%)，一方面引進與通路間的更密切合作關係，一方面亦不希望其色彩過重，影響未來可能性
