    The answer is NO.
    Remember the question...
    Is anything being left out, and if so WHY is it being left out?
    Propaganda is there for a purpose,
    to sell something. And to that end,
    people, especially the media, often
    use omission to lead their audience.

    Censorship
    Censorship is a highly debated topic. Sometimes things are censored to
    "protect" others, other times things are censored to "control" people.
    Any which way, censorship is a form of manipulation.
    But is it always wrong? And if not, when is it right? What about freedom of speech, shouldn't everyone have a right to a voice, and shouldn't everyone have a right to choose what they hear?
    So many questions, and limited time, so let's get started...
