1. How do we set up a document so that it looks like a brochure?

2. We need small margins…

3. … and three columns.

4. Click on File > Page Setup

5. This window appears.

6. Change Margins to .5” on Top, Left, Bottom, Right

7. Change Orientation to Landscape

8. Click OK.

9. On the Standard Toolbar, click on the Column button.

10. Select 3 columns and click.

11. You are now ready to add content.

12. If you have added content to one column…

13. And you want to move to the next column…

14. … Insert a Column Break.

15. This allows you to add content later…

16. … and not affect the rest of your columns.

17. To do that, make sure your cursor is near the end of a column.

18. Then click on Insert > Break.

19. Select Column Break and Click OK.
