  3. 3. Keeping the same formatting can be difficult at times.

  6. 7. Different Alignments
  7. 8. Different Bullets
  8. 9. Different Fonts
  9. 10. Different Spacing Between Paragraphs

  11. 12. It’s All About the Style!
  12. 13. The Style of a Paragraph can be found on the Formatting Toolbar
  13. 14. It has a drop down menu that lists various Styles.
  14. 15. A Style is a set of formatting characteristics…
  15. 16. … that can be applied by placing you cursor in a desired paragraph…
  16. 17. … and selecting a Style from this drop-down menu.

  20. 21. This paragraph uses the Company Name Style
  21. 22. This Style also has two built-in tabs (1 left aligned and 1 right)

  23. 24. These bulleted paragraphs use the Achievement Style
  24. 25. Highlight these paragraphs and change Style to Achievement .
  25. 26. Click on this paragraph and change Style to Job Title .
  26. 27. Click on this paragraph and change Style to Company Name .
  27. 28. Use CTRL+Tab to align text to the tabs.
  28. 29. Pressing Tab alone will move to the next cell in the table.
  29. 30. Your Resume is now formatted correctly!
