Interview On The Go© Allows recruiters to actually interview the talent while you are on the go! Talent can use their iPhone or if they don’t have and iPhone then the talent can use their computers regards Apple or PC. Nice right? After your interview is finished, you can then send the interview screen directly to your hiring manager with out editing the Talents answers because its in their own words! This app has many more features to explore! Pretty cool right? - The Interview window will appear, you’ll have to wait for the candidate is signed on to start interview. You’ll see their NAME & Time appear on the screen.
- Tap yellow box to start your live chat, say hello or make the candidate aware that you’re there and instruct them that the interview is about to begin. Your name from your Profile will appear as you speak with candidate.
- When you are ready to wrap up your interview, inform the candidate that you will be sending a follow up email. End Interview by SAVE
- This info will be saved on your iPhone database in your LOAD tab.
- Follow Up Tab you can set up a follow up date & time with the candidate. Set, Save and Send info to Candidate and yourself. Save
- *** NOTE**** Be sure you stay engaged with candidate, save info.
