  • Yes your losers or those that stop using your app. Chances are they will talk bad about your app or product or the horrible experience they had and it’s always magnified.
  • Point 2: Why are you not gaining new usersAre you blogging, tweeting, posting on FB, or Google+ use social media it’s free make sure you cross promote
  • Point 1:One of the biggest things is having real feedback?Survey your customersIf they leave ask them why and ask how you can improveFor every 1 bad customer there are 3 better ones out there. 
  • Point 3 Ask your super uses to tweet or RT you. Give them incentives: a free month, shirt stickersIt’s all about Brand Awareness!! The is key to winning!An Awesome Product is the key to retaining that winning!!Enable your winners(brand advocates) T-shirts, stickers, we all like to be rewarded for good behavior
  • Breath and Live your passion for your product:     I don't care if you are the programmer, office manager, designer,CEO,CMO COO, or CP30,You have to sell your product by living by the product. If you don't move on and find what you are passionate about.      People will gravitate to it.      Have fun with it.      Winners attract winners

    • 5. S Why are you losing users? S Are you listening to them? S How are you addressing the obstacles? Your job in designing an experience is to create enough motivation in the average user that they sail through any barriers placed in their way. You can do this by increasing the stakes and motivating your users more, or by decreasing the barriers and making it easier for them. ~Tyler Willis
