It is very nice to have more people understand ear;y detection could save health care dollar and particularly many lives. However, more importantly, we should learn why the population of the most part of the world is getting heavier and laid with more diseases> To make the situation worse is that we have found such trend of both obesity and diseases is moving toward the younger population. This means that the mainstream medical establishment including the nutritional profession has done something wrong. What they are telling us about the diet heavily on carbohydrates and shunning away from fats and proteins is 'deadly wrong!'

I have used my body and health for experiments for the past seven years. I have also continued to review more than 1,500 medical and nutritional articles, With both the personal experiments and literature review, I have a good grasp of whole problem of our health. I placed the first six-year journals and briefs of q35 research articles, as well as other important information in my recently published book, 'Carbohydrates Can Kill'

If you care for early detection of your health problems, you should be more interested in preventing diseases from happening to you. Suffering diseases and untimely loss of life are unacceptable!!

Visit the website for my book at www.carbohydrates.com. Also, you are invited to review my posts to the American Journal of Medicine at http://amjmed.blogspot.com/2009/06/failing-grades-in-adoption-of-healthy.html.

    Take care!
