Studiul privind nivelul salariilor IT in Romania.
Obiectivele studiului


– Studiul a fost initiat si condus de
  primul portal de joburi IT www.joobs.ro

– Pentru prima editie studiul si-a propus sa identifice
  nivelul salariilor net, exprimate in euro din domeniul IT
  la nivelul intregii tari, pe nivele de experienta, categorii
  de functii si zona geografica.
Detaliile studiului

– Studiul a fost efectuat in luna aprilie 2009
– Numarul total de raspunsuri pe care s-a efectuat
    analiza pe parcursul a 5 zile a fost de 285
–   Informatiile       solicitate:      localitatea     de
    rezidenta,    vechimea         in    munca,     pozitia
    ocupata, salariul.
–   Media salariala indiferent de orasul de
    rezidenta, de vechimea in munca sau de pozitia
                            ocupata
    este de 987 euro
Media salariilor pe marimea
                  localitatii de rezidenta

–   Se observa o tendinta naturala
    de corelatie a nivelului
                                           Sub 50.000 locuitori                  550
    salariului cu marimea orasului
    de rezidenta                          50 - 100.000 locuitori                   649
–   Astfel, Bucuresti ocupa locul I
    ca nivel mediu al salariilor
    din domeniul IT.

Note finale

– Chestionarul va ramine activ, iar noile rezultatele vor fi publicate
  spre sfirsitul anului. Ulterior acesta va fi realizat bianual si vor fi
  introduse cimpuri suplimentare.

– Dimensiunile reduse ale esantionului primei editii a acestui
  studiu nu permit inca o extrapolare complexa statistica la
  angajatii Romaniei din domeniul IT.
Concluzii

– Salariul mediu in domeniul IT este de 987 euro
– Un junior cistiga 670 euro
– Cel mai mult cistiga un Software Architect: 1725 euro
– Cel mai mic salariu il are un Online Copywriter: 367 euro
– Bucuresti ocupa locul I ca nivel mediu al salariilor
  din domeniul IT
– Bucuresti, Cluj-Napoca si Iasi sunt in topul oraselor cu
  salariile cele mai mari: 1000 - 1100 euro

  • 1. Salarii IT Studiul privind nivelul salariilor IT in Romania.

Obiectivele studiului – Studiul a fost initiat si condus de primul portal de joburi IT www.joobs.ro – Pentru prima editie studiul si-a propus sa identifice nivelul salariilor net, exprimate in euro din domeniul IT la nivelul intregii tari, pe nivele de experienta, categorii de functii si zona geografica.

Detaliile studiului – Studiul a fost efectuat in luna aprilie 2009 – Numarul total de raspunsuri pe care s-a efectuat analiza pe parcursul a 5 zile a fost de 285 – Informatiile solicitate: localitatea de rezidenta, vechimea in munca, pozitia ocupata, salariul. – Media salariala indiferent de orasul de rezidenta, de vechimea in munca sau de pozitia ocupata este de 987 euro

Media salariilor pe marimea localitatii de rezidenta – Se observa o tendinta naturala de corelatie a nivelului Sub 50.000 locuitori 550 salariului cu marimea orasului de rezidenta 50 - 100.000 locuitori 649 – Astfel, Bucuresti ocupa locul I ca nivel mediu al salariilor din domeniul IT. 100 - 200.000 locuitori 553 – In orasele foarte mari (cu peste 200.000 locuitori) nivelul Peste 200.000 locuitori 999 salariilor este destul de ridicat, in contrast cu media salariilor din orasele mici (sub Bucuresti 1,074 50.000 locuitori), care este aproximativ la jumatate. 0 200 400 600 800 1,000 1,200
