About Joanna is a freelance information consultant and analyst - she works with people and services to find better ways to find, use, manage and share information. She specialises in the healthcare sector with many NHS clients. Information projects include long term conditions, mental health, non-English language, learning disabilities, addictions (alcohol and drugs) and domestic violence.
Joanna has a chapter in new book Government Information Management for the 21st Century where I write about accessibility, literacy and divide in the digital world. She is the author of "Taking charge of your career. A guide for library and information professionals" Chandos/ Woodhead Publishing.
She is a
