Tonight’s Key Vocabulary<br />Neuro Linguistic Programming: <br />The science of personal excellence<br />“Neuro” is the Greek root relating to the brain, “Linguistic” relating to language and communication, and “programming” like with computers, or the code that links your mind, emotions, and body<br />Beliefs:<br />A degree of certainty that something is true<br />Rules:<br />The way we choose to do things in order to achieve our Beliefs or Values<br />

  27. 27. Climbing Out of the Well<br />Step 1: Create the Ideal<br /> Envision what your ideal future outside would look and feel like.<br />Step 2:Look at what you have now that you don’t want. Understand the costs of staying where you are now, versus the benefits of giving it up.<br />Step 3: Create new empowering beliefs<br /> Decide what belief will empower you and build up the support and the internal evidence to internalize this belief<br />Step 4:Commit to a plan<br /> Agree to take specific action based on SMART Goals to create the pathway out.<br />
