  4. 4. Why do you want it?<br />Write out why you want to achieve this goal or accomplishment<br />Your reasons will serve as motivation<br />
  5. 5. How will you feel when you succeed?<br />Write out what feelings you will have when you’ve achieved your goal<br />Feelings are the primary drivers for all accomplishments<br />
  6. 6. Planning<br />What are the most powerful actions you can take to achieve your goal?<br />Create a plan of reasonable steps and timeframes.<br />Tip: If you’re not sure how to get there, start with the end in mind and work backward<br />
  7. 7. Accountability<br />How do you stay on track? Is there someone who you can help you be accountable for completing each task? We all need partners in success!<br />
