2. expressions or questions that we use to describe people: What does ( ... she) look like? What color is ( ... her) hair? What kind of hair style does ( ... he) have? What color are (his) eyes? How tall is (she)? Does (... he) have any distinguishing characteristics? Does (... the professor) wear glasses? What is (... she) wearing?

Some words to describe person’s personality. shy outgoing demanding easy going: Relaxed and happy to accept without worrying or getting angry confident insecure Pushy: Trying to get what you want, especially in a way that seems rude. laid back domineering Meek: Quiet, gentle, and always ready to do what other people want without expressing your own opinion

4. attentive Neglectful: Not giving enough care to sb/ sth concerned carefree passionate indifferent hot blooded: Having strong emotions and easily becoming very excited or angry Lenient: Not as strict as expected when punishing sb or when making sure that rules are obeyed tolerant

5. Idioms relating descriptions of people A badegg:To refer to someone as a bad egg means that they cannot be trusted. Cat's whiskers This expression refers to someone who considers themselves to be better than others in a particular area. A class act To say that someone, for example an athlete or an entertainer, is a class act means that they are very good at what they do.

Dressed to kill When someone, especially a woman, is dressed to kill, they are wearing very fashionable or glamorous clothes intended to attract attention Dressed up to the nines To describe someone as dressed up to the nines means that they are wearing very smart or glamorous clothes. Long in the tooth A person who is long in the tooth is a bit too old to do something. Nice as pie If a person is nice as pie, they are surprisingly very kind and friendly

7. Face like thunder If someone has a face like thunder, they look very angry. Face only a mother could love This is a humoristic way of saying that someone is ugly or not attractive.
