    • Never tell a stranger your personal information or details
    • Do not agree if strangers ask you out for a meet-up
    • If a stranger harasses you, always remember to stay calm, tell your parents or report the case to the police.

    • Most of you, especially girls, like to keep blogs.
    • But amongst your enjoyment in posting your posts on blogger or live journal, keep in mind that what ever you say gives others a chance to attack and even take you to court.

    • Do not post pictures or personal details about others without their approval!
    • Cyber Bullying is a CRIME!

    • Does not really apply to the younger generation, but still, its better to learn now than to teach a old dog new tricks!
    • Tips:
    • Never Believe advertisements which claims that you are a “Winner!”
    • Never Click on Bogus Pop-Ups.
    • If its too good to be true, than it must be a fraud!

    • Rest your eyes after every 1 hour of using the computer.
    • Have a good posture while using the computer and maintain a good distance betweens your eyes and the screen.

    • Exercise: Do short exercises like turning your wrists and stretching your head while using the computer. OR Head to the outdoors for sports!
    • Obviously, only try to incorporate the short exercises only if you are using the computer productively.
