7. Details of Phase 1: Raw Material Input Raw materials are input into belts and conveyed to be mixed over and brought up to the furnace. Start Point
8. Details of Phase 1: Melting Process The mix of raw materials is brought down into the furnace to be melted. The regenerator is feeded with heat of a temperature as high as 1600 degree Celcius. Melted glass is output through feeders in the forming I.S. machines.
9. Details of Phase 1: Heat Monitoring Heat for the melting of raw materials is monitored through a preboiler unit, fans and a humidity control tower. The Chimney exhaust the excess of heat. Preboiler Unit
10. Details of Phase 2: Bottles Forming Melted glass is flowing to feeders that feed I.S. machines. Formed bottles are conveyed to cooling chambers and quality control units.
11. Details of Phase 2: Bottles Cooling Bottles are cooled down via the annealing chambers, then their dimensions are checked, defects are checked through ocular control units.
12. Details of Phase 2: Quality Control Quality is checked via ocular units & automatic che- cking units. Then bottles are conveyed over to packaging units. Rejected bottles are reprocessed.
13. Details of Phase 3: Packaging Bottles are packed in cartons and/or on pallets. Packed bottles are wrapped and forklifted to ware- house or directly loaded in a container for export. Export To Warehouse
