FRIDAY
 0730 Sunrise yoga overlooking padi fields
 Pool-side breakfast (open from 8.30 am to 10.30 am)
 1130 One hour massage at Ishan Spa
 1300 Lunch - Chinese cuisine
 1400 Transfer back to the resort to chill out and rest
 1800 Sunset yoga session overlooking padi fields
 2000 Dinner at the resort
 2130 Dismiss
SATURDAY
 0700 Yoga by the beach **
 0815 Picnic breakfast at the beach
