With this wider more representative participation, The Business Today Study Team then constructs a ranking of companies and an analysis of various aspects that go into making a company a great place to work in. The Study Team then interviews the top ranking companies on the specific aspects that the survey throws up. The mode is an internet based questionnaire, which any employee of any company can fill in. Validation checks are done by calling back a certain proportion of the respondents randomly.
