There should be no
lineage…
Beside many other professions, the profession ‘Politician’ is totally based on the Lineage
System. The lineage system can be easily observed in every developing country especially in
South-Asia including Pakistan. The lineage system can be defined as, his/ her son/ daughter is
acceded to his/ her position after s/he leaves it. Of all the deteriorate system, the lineage system
is one the most corrupt system of our country. There is scarcely a place in our country but free of
the lineage system. The system is not a worst system itself whereas it is giving birth several
unwanted and foe systems– nepotism, cronyism, patronage, among others.
In general, people have a great aversion to this system,
but in particular, they are favoring and practicing it in every walk of life. It is the third wave era
where ‘man’ is free of any bounds and chains, but the lineage system has fasten fetters in our
toughs and brains; hence we not capable of airing our legal rights on the media. The lineage
system is not more different from the kingdom and now-a-days, there are a few countries that are
under tyranny of the kings who succeeds their blood line only. The lineage system is always
preferred by the landlords and feudalist, sometimes the literates adopt it. It is widely
acknowledged truth that they are hardly literate.
The lineage system is playing havoc and the people who support to it are fighting a war of nerves
with the poor .A great many adverse effects have been affecting our society due to the lineage
system. This system has some severe and incurable damages. The debasement of the lower and
middle class: poor will remain cry for his rights and the middle class person, try to meet his
needs while the elite, enjoy and take the most advantage of his illegal works. The flawed policies
of– education, health and economy– will be the same for the centuries. The bureaucrats and
technocrats will be malfunctioning owing to their supreme powers without any accountability.
The socio- and psycho- problems will ascent up rapidly.
About all the positive thinking people wish to extinguish such systems. But how? There is no
denying fact that we have the religion of peace ‘Islam’ which enlightens the dark mazes. It helps
us in all unending evil problems; therefore the government ought to take help from the essence
and flavor of Islam. And there are about all policies of the country which do need to be erected
regarding hierarchy system.
In the presence of the lineage system, the future Pakistan looks very plight and grim. It is
essential for those who are bearing the responsibility of this system that they should turn over a
new leaf and pay a high attention to this dilemma priory. It is guaranteed Pakistan will be a
prosperous and powerful country unless she wipes out these cursing systems including lineage
system.
