      • The Approach
      • The Tools
        • Live demo
      • The Results ?
    4. The Project
      • Information and knowledge sharing support to ICCO Learning Networks
      • Learning Networks across the alliance
      • … with partners
      • … thematic, assocated to programmatic approach
      • To improve practice; to enhance quality; to enable partnership; to enhance impact
      • Know what you know
      • … know what you don’t know
    5. The Approach
      • Mobilize information and knowledge assets across the alliance; with partners
        • There is much; it is scattered
      • Encourage sharing and open exchange of information and knowledge
        • Sharing is very dependent on personalities
      • Enable easy ‘user generation’ and sharing of information
        • Much that is collected is not really communicated
      • Based around ‘user-generated’ content; encourages ‘remixing’
      • Implies behavioural changes; also new ‘toolkit’
    6. The Tools
      • For ‘learning facilitators’
      • For staff
      • For alliance members
      • For regional councils
      • For partners
      • With other allies
    7. online meetings News Document Repository discussion space Links index search calendar Home page surveys sharedox etc
    8.
    9. The Results?
      • Capitalise on the knowledge assets embedded in the ICCO alliance (staff) and partners
      • Make it ‘easy’ for staff, especially ‘facilitating’ staff to capture, document, and share knowledge and information
      • Make this information accessible to all staff; and external partners, in ways they can choose, and in ways they can remix
      • Put substance into the brokerage and capacity development parts of the programmatic approach
