Beginners Guide to TikTok for Search - Rachel Pearson - We are Tilt __ Bright...
Location research
1. This is a school corridor, this isn’t the exact
location
I want to use as I found this image on google
images.
However some of my film will be filmed in a
school
corridor, and at a school, for when the we see the
character going through her every day life.
2. Whilst my character is running
away, she will need to go
through a forest and this is
what I want the forest to look
like, so it has an element of
adventure and displacement. I
found this image on google
images, to give me an idea of
the type of forest/park I
would like to use. Therefore I
will probably go to nonsuch or
ceers park.
3. I found this image on google
images, I want my character to
walk past the swings go around
them and then sit on them. I
want the swings to have
nothing behind them, so that
she looks empty and cold. This
is an example of the type of
location I would like to use.
4. I found all of these images on google images,
these are different shots of the train setting off
that I may use, and then I want the medium shot
of the girl on the train looking out of the
window, so that you can’t see anyone else on the
train. Or if the train is not accessible I would go
on a bus and do the same thing as the train idea
but maybe speed up the film to show the
amount of places that the character has gone.
5. These are the types of houses I will be
filming around, these are from google
images therefore they aren’t exactly the
places that I want to use for my filming,
but it gives me an idea of the type of
place I want to film at.
This is a street view from when
the girl first runs away, this again
is from google images therefore
it’s not the exact location I will be
using. I want to show the girl
walking past a load of houses on
different streets to show that she
is going to a different location.
6. I got these images from google images of a
bedroom, I want to use a teenagers
bedroom however the images on google
were not realistic enough, however I will
have a double bed in the shot next to a
window, so that it creates a glow and
shadows on the face.
