Lajinder Bawa- managing director

Lajinder Bawa brought the network marketing industry to India as the
founding CEO of Oriflame India in 1995. As the Chief Executive Officer he
was responsible for the functional areas of Sales, Marketing, IT, Finance,
Communications, Training, Logistics and Operations. Mr. Bawa was
responsible for setting up the operations for Oriflame in India, and grew
the business to the Rs 100 Crore mark in his tenure.
Between 2001-2003, Lajinder was advising Aviance (now Hindustan
Unilever Network) and Modicare on their direct selling businesses. He also
advised Marico Industries and Sabinsa Laboratories on Direct Selling. In his
career spanning over two decades, Mr. Bawa has held the portfolio of
International Marketing Manager for Ranbaxy as also Marketing Manager
for Dabur among other assignments. He is a postgraduate from BGSU,
Ohio.

foodservices foray for VLCC. Awarded the Retailer of the Year 2007 – innovative
concept of the year, the concept has driven tremendous critical and consumer
appreciation. Prior to this assignment he was Head of Marketing for VLCC
Personal Care.
It was his passion that paved the way for an extremely fast paced growth in his
seven-year stint with Modicare. During this time, Mathur managed a 950,000
strong sales force, of employees and consultants for the company. He was
responsible for training and motivating this force and translating their energy into
a highly competitive arm for Modicare. Mathur has till date addressed over a
million people and has held captivating motivation sessions with audiences as
large as 20,000 per session. Mathur has an intense understanding of business
issues having headed the sales, marketing, product development, training,
customer relationship management and corporate communications functions.

Conclusion
This study observed a highly significant reduction in the mean scores Rhinitis (sneezing, nasal
congestion, itching of the nose, postnasal drip) symptoms or bronchitis (allergic) symptoms
(chest tightness, wheezing, productive cough and sleepless night). The increased levels of
TLC, DLC (polymorphs, lymphocytes, monocytes, eosinophil), and ESR reduced significantly
at the end of the study. These excellent results might be due to the synergistic activities of
the ingredients of Resp Clear tablets. There were no clinically significant adverse reactions
during the entire study period. The overall compliance to the treatment was good.
Therefore, it may be concluded Resp Clear tablets are effective and safe in the management
of acute respiratory disorders.
