Our Firm
SIKCHI & THAKKAR is Gujarat based partnership firm of CHARTERED ACCOUNTANTS with
Head Office at Ahmedabad. The firm presently have three partners contributing to the firm’s
immense development with wide knowledge in different areas of expertise.

Mr. Sikchi, the most senior member of firm brings with him over 27 years of professional
experience, excellence in the field of operations and management of professional services. He
specializes in Tax & Business advisory and possesses extensive expertise in Statutory and Tax
Audit, Corporate matters, representing clients before various Revenue authorities etc.
Mr. Sikchi is a member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and Income Tax Bar
Association.

Mr. Sikchi looks after Virtual CFO Services, since the beginning of his professional career he
has been into this type of services. Previously he has worked as Manager-Advisory services for
3+ years in one of the most reputed CA firm of Ahmedabad and has expertise in Business
setup, Payroll processing, Tax planning (Corporate & Individuals), Treasury & Working capital
management. He has consulted and advised many foreign IT / ITES / BPO companies or their
subsidiaries in setting up a business in India and thereafter seamless functioning of the day to
day operations. He has worked as virtual CFO for IT giants in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.

Mr. Thakkar leads areas of Direct and Indirect taxation. He is expert in Company law matters
from incorporation to winding up of the company in India and other one time/ regular
compliances. He has also worked in the areas of RBI procedural compliances for FDI and ECB.
Having special interest in information technology, he is providing consulting service to an
Information Technology MNC for developing online accounting (Cloud based accounting)
software.
