An educational campaign to introduce and empower
employees with social media
knowledge via a boot camp and culminating in a
social media policy for employees.
8. How this Project will roll out
Phase 1
Questionnaire to assess employees’ attitudes and level of readiness
Phase 2
A series of Boot Camps designed to introduce social media, increase
awareness of social media and its usage (what it is, what tools are out
there, how to utilize free tools to enhance existing processes). Also to
highlight the good, the bad and the ugly
