  3. 3. From the Teachers <ul><li>It is possibly the most difficult aspect of teaching for many teachers; indeed experiencing problems in this area causes some to leave teaching altogether </li></ul>

My Thoughts <ul><li>Classroom management is the core of a successful learning environment. </li></ul><ul><li>The absence of appropriate classroom management results in the lost of valuable instructional time. </li></ul><ul><li>The best thing a teacher can do is establish a clear set of rules. </li></ul>

Benefits-Students/Teachers <ul><li>Students learn what is expected of them. </li></ul><ul><li>Students feel more comfortable. </li></ul><ul><li>Students receive more instructional time. </li></ul><ul><li>Students become more involved with the classroom routine. </li></ul><ul><li>Teachers are able to reduce confusion. </li></ul><ul><li>Teachers provide a safer learning environment. </li></ul><ul><li>Teachers have more time to focus on teaching concepts and skills. </li></ul>
