      Louisiana has the warmest summer is 82 degrees F.
      Kentucky has the coldest January temperature which is 34 degrees F.
      The yearly precipitation for the Southeast region is about 606 in a year includes snowfall and rainfall
      Warm to hot summers and mild winters are typical of this regions climate.
