Milos was the President of the International Law Association founded in 1873
in The Hague and headquartered in London, England. Milos is also a Past Chair
of the International Law Section of the Canadian Bar Association.
Fluently bilingual in English and French, Milos has published and lectured
extensively in Canada and abroad on matters relating to international trade
and competition law. He has testified before federal and provincial
Parliamentary Committees on matters relating to international trade,
investment and competition law, and has been invited to make presentations
to WTO and NAFTA Working Groups, OECD Committees, trade officials of the
People's Republic of China and the Republic of India, and Canadian and
foreign business organizations. From 1996-99, Milos was retained by The
World Bank to advise with respect to regulatory reform in the Middle East and
Africa. Milos was an adjunct professor of International Trade Law at the
Faculty of Law of the University of Ottawa from 1990-94.
