customers, by the customers, by the banks of the Vembanad Lake on Cheppanam Island in
Panangad in Kochi. We say by the customers, for the customers, because the attention that has
gone into each aspect of Lakeshore Gardens has been dictated by the needs of customers and
our finickiness for quality. Each and every single detail has been arrived at after much study and
deliberation, from the selection of the site, to the design of the villas, the high-end amenities
and last but not the least the quality of construction.
As far as the quality of construction is concerned, the Group has been engaged in construction
activities for more than 30 years in all the segments in infrastructure development, be it
residential or commercial. We also possess expertise in all aspects of managing this business –
from design to sourcing, project planning, execution and quality control. Our mission is timely

Lakeshore Gardens is located on the beautiful island of Cheppanam, surrounded by Vembanad
Lake and some of the finest mangrove forests of the Country. As you may be aware, Panangad
is the new gateway to backwater tourism and it is located very close to all the amenities of Kochi

transport hub of Kochi.
Let us give you a glimpse of what we have planned to create inside the project area. More than
36 percent of the land area has been set aside for common functions, i.e. out of the five and
half acres, two and half acres will be spared for common amenities and hence we will be able to
provide 7to 8 meters wide internal roads and large areas of landscaped gardens.
The unique design of our villas utilizes minimum land space even while providing for all
comforts of a villa, thereby allowing us to develop areas for common facilities. The key lies in

doors are protected by sun/rain shades. We have consciously stayed away from recent trends
in building design such as cubism since these are best suited for colder climes.
People invest in villas to enjoy the pleasures of a garden that apartments cannot give. But most
villa developments cannot afford to give garden areas because of the space constraints. The
thing the strikes the eye as one enters one of the villas at Lakeshore Gardens is the lightness of
the structure and the way the greenery on the outside extends to the inside. From the front
door one sees that pebbled garden between the living and dining areas. Apart from this both

welfare and security of their parents living in our gated community. The automation solutions
that can be provided by us include medication reminders, alarm systems and internet-based
monitoring facilities that allow customers in any part of the World to check on the well-being of
their loved ones. In most villas, elder residents, due to lack of mobility brought on by age, tend
to be restricted to one floor. At Lakeshore Gardens, despite there being three floors, elder

our home owners. This has been made possible because of our close association with one of

restrictor or in some cases sensor fitted taps. We will be using harvested water for our nondrinking purposes and whenever possible we will be recycling used water. With waste
management, we will follow the same motto of reduce, recycle and reuse. We will streamline
waste segregation, storage and disposal, allocating separate facilities for disposing of bio
degradable waste within the site and arranging for other waste to be transferred to outside
facilities. We are also going to depend on solar energy for many of our functions like street
lighting, water heaters etc. in addition we have designed the terrace of the building to
accommodate solar panels which can provide 2-3 KW of electric power. We want our residence
to be responsible to the environment and offer a high standard of sustainable living.
In many cases we have seen that on completion of a project the home owners’ association is
incapable of proper maintenance as a result of which many facilities created in the site go to
waste. At Lakeshore Gardens, we intend to maintain the facilities until such time the home
owners are fully capable of taking over.
Once again going back to our dictum of for the customer, by the customer, we shall give each
villa owner complete ownership over his villa this includes handing over all drawings including
structural drawings, electrical and plumbing drawings.
