Extend knowledge back into the workplace
with IMS Leveraged Learning

Live, classroom style education is a great experience for many people. This is
especially true at IMS sessions where attendees get a chance to meet face to
face with top thought leaders, network with their peers from various
industries, and gain new insights on management and leadership. A question
sometimes asked, however, is “How do we leverage that learning back in the
organization?” Organizations want to have as much assurance as possible
that the knowledge gained at sessions will be applied at work to improve
performance, behavior, and ultimately the bottom-line.

To help with these efforts IMS and its sister company, AthenaOnline, are
working closely together to further extend the learning that IMS offers,
creating a more holistic approach to development and providing new ways to
create even greater value for IMS attendees. Using tools such as online
coaching, articles, exercises, and other materials will enable participants to
further augment the learning experience at the IMS session and thereby
increase the probability of successfully implementing the ideas discussed at
                   the session.

During their IMS session participants will receive a unique web link for the
program they are attending. The link will provide the attendee with 30 days
of access to an entry page that is designed around the particular IMS session
in which they participated. No registration is required and no e-mail or other
                   personal information is collected.

The Leveraged Learning model goes beyond just the session they attended.
With 30 days of access, the learner can also tap into the full leadership library
from AthenaOnline via My Quick Coach (www.myquickcoach.com ). That’s
over 1,300 lessons on subjects ranging from personal creativity to strategic
planning. Access to the broader library will expose them to new ideas and
give them the tools to make better and faster decisions on the job.

As an IMS coordinator you will receive full access to the IMS Leveraged
Learning system as well. You can use the application to share lessons with
others inside of your organization, even post in your internal e-mail or
newsletters. IMS Leveraged Learning can give you the ability to exponentially
                   spread learning throughout the organization.

If you would like to learn more before then please contact Giep Franzen, IMS
