My Professional Identity My consulting tagline says it all: "Assistance at a Distance." I help other people achieve the results they're after. What I do depends on the result in question, the person seeking my assistance and the situation we face. It might involve training, work design, process improvement, performance improvement, strategic planning, knowledge management, communities of practice or any number of other things. The long and the short of it is that I help other people solve the problems they're up against. I am the organizational equivalent of a handyman.
