3. ISAIAH 9:6
For to us a child is born, to us a
Son is given, and the
government will be on His
shoulders. And He will be called
Wonderful Counselor, Mighty
God, Everlasting Father,
Prince of Peace.
14. ISAIAH 40:29-31
He gives strength to the
weary and increases
the power of the weak.
Even youths grow tired and
weary, (youth in Hebrew
means Olympic athlete,
best of the best)
15. ISAIAH 40:29-31
and young men stumble
and fall; but those who
hope in the LORD will
renew their strength.”
16. 2 CORINTHIANS 12:9-10
“My grace is all you need.
My power works best in
weakness.” So now I am
glad to boast about my
weaknesses, so that
the power of Christ can
work through me.
17. 2 CORINTHIANS 12:9-10
That’s why I take pleasure
in my weaknesses and in
the insults, hardships,
persecutions, and troubles
that I suffer for Christ. For
when I am weak, then I am
strong.
19. ACTS 1:8
But you will
receive power when the Holy
Spirit comes upon you. And
you will be
my witnesses, telling people
about me everywhere—in
Jerusalem, throughout Judea,
in Samaria, and to the ends of
the earth.”
20. 2 CORINTHIANS 2:4-5
My message and my
preaching were not with wise
and persuasive words, but
with a demonstration of the
Spirit's power, so that your
faith might not rest on men's
wisdom, but on God's power.
