Ethan S. Burger is a Senior Lecturer with the Law Faculty and Centre for Transnational Crime Prevention of University of Wollongong, Australia (http://ctcp.uow.edu.au/index.html). He previously taught at the Georgetown University Law Center and American University's Washington College of Law.
