This document provides the draft agenda for a joint event between the Polish Presidency of the EU Council and the European Training Foundation on the development of human capital in the context of the EU neighborhood policy. The agenda includes welcoming remarks, presentations on the Polish Presidency and its focus on education in the Eastern dimension, the European Commission's support for higher education in Eastern Partnership countries, and the European Training Foundation's activities in supporting human capital development in neighboring countries. A discussion period will follow the presentations.
