setting up their stalls in various exhibitions. We evaluated the market conditions and
tried to give the best possible services to the clients. We also developed sophisticated
strategies that helped us in synergizing the entire complex mechanisms related to
conceptualization and designing. As a result there was enormous response from the
clients and we more or less delivered the things done correctly at the very first time.

• Overall show coordination with the client, the show organizer and the PR agency.
• Hiring of other subcontractors like - Food & Beverages caterer, Multimedia Supplier,
Manpower supplier, Entertainment and other Service provider company etc.
• Show Fabrication, Installation and Dismantling.
• Initial layout presentation of the print material to final output as per requirement
including graphics, scanning, touchup, lamination and mounting/ fabrication, if
required
• General on site fabrication and other work like carpentry work etc. Take due care of the
material provided by the client including dismantling & packing
