system. Headquartered in the UK with over
60% of the workforce deployed globally, the
energy company operates in three key business
sectors – Exploration and Production, LNG, and
Transmission and Distribution. Oracle Primavera
Unifier® was implemented as the new enterprise
capital projects reporting database for the
company. There were several key success factors
in this demanding integration of the project
management system with SAP® and Primavera®
P6:
• Adhering to established business processes
• Adoption and training of key staff to
implement systems and reap benefits
of automation and integration was
fundamental.
• Complex work flows across multiple business

extensive training program and streamlining
of the project controls management
system. This lean approach helped the
implementation team to get the system right
before deployment to the assets. Enstoa
developed multiple performance baselines and
streamlined relationships between baselines
as well as completely redesigned the code
structure to accommodate authorization for
expenditures and work packages. In addition,
Enstoa slimmed down business processes
and eliminated manual calculations for
apportionments of committed funding and
work package approval.
