Worked in diverse research contexts, from speech analysis in Switzerland to ethnographic disciplines in the United States and Canada. Taught at different institutions as a primary instructor, usually on a contract basis. Also worked as a research assistant in ethnography, speech synthesis, and linguistics. Involved in a variety of ethnographic fields (ethnomusicology, folklore, sociology, linguistics, communication, anthropology) trying to provide institutions and people with a broad insight into human diversity.
