12. We’ve got to let the
Word work in us
so that we can work in the
world.

13. Acts 2:37 ESV
When they heard all this, they were cut to their
heart, and said to Peter and the rest of the
apostles, “Brothers, what shall we do?”

14. So, what do we do about it?
1. Our view of God needs to be HUGE!
Hebrews 1:1-4
Long ago, at many times and in many ways, God spoke to our fathers by the
prophets, but in these last days he has spoken to us by his Son, whom he
appointed the heir of all things, through whom also he created the world. He
is the radiance of the glory of God and the exact imprint of his nature, and he
upholds the universe by the word of his power. After making purification for
sins, he sat down at the right hand of the Majesty on high, having become as
much superior to angels as the name he has inherited is more excellent than
theirs.

15. So, what do we do about it?
2. Change starts with ME!
When they heard all this, they were cut to their heart, and said to
Peter and the rest of the apostles, “Brothers, what shall we do?”
• Read scripture like the world is about to end
• Dwell on the scripture UNTIL it cuts to your
core
• Then and only then, live the changes
outwardly.

16. So, what do we do about it?
3. Share the change
When they heard all this, they were cut to their heart, and said to
Peter and the rest of the apostles, “Brothers, what shall we do?”
• Share what you’ve read with your
“brothers”
• Sacrifice your pride
• Bring back your testimonies

17. So, what do we do about it?
4. Change the world
Now when they heard this they were cut to the heart, and said to Peter
and the rest of the apostles, "Brothers, what shall we do?“ And Peter said
to them, "Repent and be baptized every one of you.”
• Call to Action – We need to be outwardly
focused
• Apply to every aspect of your life, then
work it into the world
