trend in the nation where children can freely express themselves.
This can be seen from the content circulating on Youtube or
Soundcloud. There have been many popular indie bands from
there. Indieologi present to accommodate the content be
distributed. Of course, a correlation Indieologi to indie music
would also positive. This is because of the increasing facilities for
those to promote himself. Moreover, many independent artists
who can recording and mixing digital music by their own. Also,
marketplace which provide opportunities for artists to sell their
work globally

There are no mobile-first local platform focused to create an environment for
indonesian indie musician. Also, a lot of good musicians upload their works to
soundcloud and/or youtube, but no effort has been made to curate the music,
especially indie music. Update is also a problem when there are no single
platform for all of their works ( music, video, news, merchandise ). Indieologi
aim to popularize indie musicians by distributing and curating their contents
into mobile application that is accessible to a lot of users. Besides, we also
want to create a platform where musicians can engage to their fans by
updating news about them and selling their merchandise in our marketplace.
