Education needs to shift from an industrial model focused on standardized testing and memorization, to a model that cultivates each student's natural curiosity and encourages them to solve real-world problems. Students should have more control over their own education by following their interests and passions. If schools focus more on developing critical thinking, collaboration, and social/emotional skills, students will be better prepared for an unknown future.
