Eric is an Information Designer and founder of Infotoken, a user experience consulting firm based in Northeast Ohio. Eric has been working in the interactive industry since 1995; with specific focus on the content strategy, information architecture, and interface components of the user experience. Eric collaborates regularly with agencies and in-house interactive teams to develop better interfaces for web, mobile devices and software.
