WHY CHOOSE
UNIVERSITY CAMPUS
OLDHAM (UCO)
“UCO appealed to me as it offered the ideal
route into teaching via a short full time course
in a good location. I really enjoyed the small
teaching classes and some of the early theory
but it was great to get straight into teaching
via a placement which was a steep but
enjoyable learning curve.
The talented staff have really helped guide
me on how I consider what subject to teach.
Providing me with the ability to secure a
teaching position at a FE College, my UCO
experience has also equipped me with the
skills to set up my own business. UCO has a
fantastic support network in place with great
tutors, peers and mentors and helps you with
your future career.”
