Editor's Notes New Communicator phone tab provides a dial pad for those who desire it and direct access to Exchange voice mail. Users may either call voice mail, play the voice mail on their computer, or right click to open an Outlook message which includes an automatic transcription. 6 languages are supported. Although the transcription is not perfect, it is often good enough for quick review.
