6. The Fact revealed after the Investigation
After the close inspection, The Lusaka High Court witnessed
that the names which Zambia Reports was using as authors of
their articles was anonymous and even other journalists were
unaware of these names. This gives clear evidence that
Zambia Reports has used fictitious names with intent to
conceal the true identity of the culprits.

7. Time for the Culprit to face Troubles
As per the prevailing law in Zambia, it is mandatory for the
convicted to be present in the court within 42 days from the
time of lodging memorandum of appearance and defense.
Now, the question that they need to answer is ‘Was the news
which was published against Dr. Rajan Lekhraj Mahtani was
scripted and why did they do this?’
