Björn Goerke (@_bgoerke) talked about SAP's tranformation to lean and scrum.
I focused on important organisational considerations SAP customers and other companies should take when implementing scrum
How do you identify scrum products for internal IT deliveries? Product owner must have a mandate to prioritise for the entire area. Application do not live in isolation Scrum teams must be able to work with different technologies Not a project organisation, but a constant part of the overall organisation Process areas are perhaps the best fit we have. (but how to handle integration, basis and other cross-sap-applications?)

“ In Scrum, a single person must have final authority representing the customer's interest in backlog prioritization and requirements questions. This person must be available to the team at any time, but especially during the sprint planning meeting and the sprint review meeting.” Should be accountable for the Scrum Product Should represent the line organisation Needs a product owner team for all non-trivial products
