1. Mr. Lee and Sean arranged for a picnic to green valley resorts. It was scheduled in
January 200X but due to lack of break- even students it was postponed to 31st February,
Saturday 200X. In the mean time they were able to convince those students who were
selected by IBM and other companies in the campus recruitment. One bus having 50
seats ( excluding driver and conductor ) was booked at the rate of Rs.2750/- per days
Trip. The organizers Lee and Sean paid advance of Rs.1000/- to the travel agent.
In case, the trip is postponed, the organizers should loose Rs.500/- out of the advance
money. The advance money gets adjusted at the time of final settlement.
Other Information :
1. Per day per student in the resort Rs.160
2. Morning breakfast packet per student is Rs.15 ( while traveling)
3. Snacks and other expenditure per student is Rs.20( While traveling)
