Fall Festival/ Dance-October 2013- parent volunteer positions needed
2 parents each day to sell dance tickets from 10:30-12:30 in the Hawk Hut during lunch

Mon 10/7 10:30-12:30 Hawk Hut -Sell Dance Tickets
Tues 10/8 10:30-12:30 Hawk Hut -Sell Dance Tickets
Wed 10/9 10:30-12:30 Hawk Hut -Sell Dance Tickets
*****Dozens of Cupcakes donated for “Cupcake Walk”. Drop off in the front office
before 2:00 on Thursday 10/10******
4 parents from 12-3pm to help set up for Fall Festival- see Tami Lightner in
2 Parents to help with the “Cupcake Walk” located in the Auxiliary Gym from 5-
4 Parents to help with “Cotton Candy” located in the Gym from 3-8pm
8 Parents from 5-8pm to help supervise dance in the Cafeteria
2 parents with Cameras to take photos In the Auxiliary Gym from 5-8pm
2 parents in the Music room “If you Dare Area” from 5-8pm
2 parents from 6-7pm to supervise and judge the “costume contest” located in the
1 Parent “ Hot Dog Chef” with a Turkey Fryer from 3:30/4 to 7pm, outside to boil
hot dogs provided by the school.
1 Parent to Assist the Hot Dog Chef
