SUBJECT :AUTHORIZING THE CONDUCT OF DELIBERATION &
CONSULTATION BY THE OENREU 1N PREPARATION
FOR THE RENEGOTIATION OF THE COLLECTWE
NEGOTIATION AGREEMENT (CNA)
In the interest of the service and pursuant to the provisions of the
Collective Negotiation Agreement (CNA), the conduct of a meeting, deliberation
and consultation by the DENREU Negotiating Panel in lloilo City from November
9-14, 2009 is hereby authorized.
All DENREU Presidents or their authorized representatives in the central,
regional and bureau offices and attached agencies shall attend the said meeting,
deliberation and consultation on official business. All DENREU Vice-Presidents
for Legal Affairs are similarly authorized to attend the same.

A registration fee of Php3, 000.00and other travelling expenses shall be
charged against respective office funds except for regional pa icipants where the
same is charged against their respectiive regional office funds.
This Order shall take effect only on the dates above sp+fied.
