- 1. FAMILY VALUES I do solemnly resolve before God to take full responsibility for myself, my wife, and my children. Spiritual Values I WILL study & apply the word of God in my life. (Spiritual Growth) I WILL pray for others & treat them with kindness, respect, & compassion. (Compassion) I WILL seek to honor God, be faithful to His church, obey His Word, & do His will. (Church Gatherings) I WILL courageously work with the strength God provides to fulfill this resolution for the rest of my life & for His glory. Family Values I WILL love my family, protect, serve, & teach them the Word of God as the spiritual leader of my home. (Belonging) I WILL be faithful to my wife, to love & honor her, & be willing to lay down my life for her as Christ did for me. (Love) I WILL teach, train my family to honor authority, lead others and live responsibly. (Leadership) I WILL be flexible without compromising my values. (Flexibility) I WILL be honest with all my plans and activities. (Honest) I WILL communicate and enquire for advice and input from others. (Communication) I WILL forgive when wronged and ask for forgiveness when I do wrong. (Forgiveness) I WILL lead my family during weekly family meetings to review progress. (Planning) I WILL participate in family playing time and holidays. (Recreation and relaxation) I WILL honor and recognize my extended family. (Mine and my In-Laws) I WILL aid my family in utilizing the latest technology and staying ahead of time. (Tech-savvy) Personal Values I WILL confront evil, pursue justice, and love mercy. (Righteousness) I WILL work diligently to provide for the needs of my family (Responsibility) I WILL be loyal to my family’s well-being. (Loyalty) I WILL forgive those who have wronged me and reconcile with those I have wronged. (Forgiveness) I WILL learn from my mistakes, repent of sin, and walk with integrity as a man answerable to God. (Integrity) I WILL honor the worth and dignity of all people. (Respect) I WILL have faith in my abilities to win. (Confidence) Career Values I WILL always act professionally. (Professionalism) I WILL mentor others so that they can also be successful. (Succession) I WILL continue to read till and grow in knowledge. (Career Advancement) I WILL put careful and persistent effort in my work. (Diligence) I WILL be credible and consistent. (Credibility and Consistency) I WILL be creative and innovative. (Creativity and Innovation) I AM self-motivated and do not need external motivators to work. (Motivation) I WILL hand in high value outputs only. (Pride) I WILL positively affect people's opinions and ideas. (Influence)
